400-user tenant-to-tenant migration 2025

Cross-tenant M365 migration for a pure Entra-joined estate using N-able N-central and Cloudiway. Designed the device migration path, handled Conditional Access during the cutover window, and ran the end-to-end communications plan.

Admin consent workflow & governance automation 2024

Built a Power Automate-driven admin consent flow against Microsoft Graph, with downstream Entra ID Access Reviews and automated guest account hygiene. Reduced ad-hoc consent grants to effectively zero.
